Validation of training courses
Training course hours are validated by the training course organizer via attendance sheets handed in by the instructor.
The doctoral school validates non-catalogue courses based upon the documentation provided by way of proof (attendance statements, the student’s name mentioned in a programme for a presentation, etc.), according to the equivalency table adopted by the Doctoral School Committee:

Validated non-catalogue courses cannot account for more than 70% of the 100 course hours that PhD students are required to take during their thesis preparation.
